Meet Captain Russell

Captain Russell Fiser is a Panama City Native. Russell has loved the outdoors for as long as he can remember – he was born and raised on the water.

While serving in the US Navy as a rescue swimmer, Russell had a chance to travel to Europe, the Middle-East, Caribbean, and many other places throughout the globe. He has worked as a Firefighter since 2003 and a commercial charter boat Captain since 1994.

Capt Russell loves the water and feels it never gets old. He’s in the water with you if you choose to snorkel during your charter trip since he enjoys it as well. He feels being in and on the water never gets old and loves swimming with wild bottlenose dolphins, manatees, manta rays, or anything else that may come our way.
